In most instances we will meet with our clients to investigate their needs before recommending a recruitment methodology. Our specialist sector appreciation and understanding of the market and the country/continent, enables us to advise you on the most appropriate strategy that will achieve the result you desire. IPS takes seriously the fact that we will be representing your business within the market and we feel it is important to invest time in understanding your corporate culture and business aspirations.

Our objective is to reduce our ratios of interviews to ‘offers’ and placed candidates therefore saving you time. Our initial expectation is 1:4 but this can be improved as we obtain a greater understanding of your business.
